The role
SportsRally is live: athletes can find coaches, join open games nearby, and build an AI-scored Performance DNA from every session. What it needs now is momentum — more coaches on the platform, more players in games, and sharper AI feedback. That's where you come in. You'll be the bridge between the product and the sports community: promoting the platform, onboarding the coaches who make it valuable, and validating that the AI's coaching insights actually help. This is a role for someone who lives sports, thinks like an entrepreneur, and wants their ideas to ship — you'll collaborate directly with the founders and help decide where SportsRally goes next.
What you'll do
- Promote the SportsRally website and grow its visibility among athletes, coaches, and sports centres
- Validate the website hands-on: test flows, spot friction, and report what real users would stumble on
- Reach out to coaches, pitch the platform, and guide them through onboarding
- Validate AI responses — coaching feedback, Performance DNA insights — and flag where the AI gets it wrong
- In crunch moments, help take the platform to a broader audience through campaigns, events, and partnerships
- Collaborate on the product's direction and take your own growth ideas further

- Genuine affinity with sports and the people who live it — players, coaches, clubs
- Comfortable approaching strangers: coaches, venues, and communities
- Curious about AI and motivated to use it daily — no technical background needed
- Self-starter who treats an idea as a starting point, not a finish line
