1. Acceptance
By using our services, SaaS products, or accepting our terms, you agree to be bound by these terms where they apply to the product or service in question.
2. Services
Specific delivery, support, availability, and liability are described in a separate agreement, order form, or product-specific terms that accompany your engagement.
3. Intellectual property
Software, documentation, trademarks, and content remain the property of Regpro Consultancy Netherlands or its licensors, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Total liability is limited as set out in the applicable agreement for your engagement.
5. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are published on regproconsultancy.nl with a current date. Continued use after publication means you accept the new version, subject to applicable consumer and business rules.
