Business Development & Onboarding Intern — NShop
NShop lets entrepreneurs run branded online storefronts — with AI shopping assistants built in. We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to business owners and helping them get live on the platform.
Mention the role title in your subject line so we route it to the right team.
The role
NShop is our multi-tenant commerce platform: entrepreneurs get a branded storefront with payments, coupons, GDPR tooling, and two AI shopping assistants — without plugin sprawl. The platform is live; the next chapter is merchants. You'll find the shop owners who should be on NShop, show them what it does, and walk them from first contact to first sale. Along the way you'll stress-test the product like a merchant would and validate the AI assistants against real catalogs. You'll work directly with the team building the platform, and the feedback you gather will shape what gets built next.
What you'll do
- Reach out to shop owners and small businesses and introduce the NShop platform
- Guide new merchants through onboarding, from first contact to first sale
- Promote the platform and help shape how we present it to the market
- Validate the storefront and admin experience and report friction before customers hit it
- Validate the AI shopping assistants' responses against real catalogs and real questions
- Bring your own growth ideas — and take them further with the team
What we look for
- Business-minded and energised by helping entrepreneurs succeed online
- Clear communicator in Dutch and/or English
- Curious about e-commerce and AI — no prior experience required
- Organised enough to own an onboarding pipeline end to end
What you'll get & learn
- End-to-end business development experience: prospecting, pitching, onboarding, follow-up
- A front-row seat to how modern e-commerce and AI shopping assistants actually work
- Direct collaboration with the platform's builders — your merchant feedback lands on the roadmap
- Freedom to test your own growth ideas on a live product
- Flexible remote schedule that fits around your studies
- A reference and measurable results: merchants you brought live on the platform
